Q & A
Preparation

Interviewing Issues:

It's meaningful to plan questions for each interview.  Ask every interviewer questions pertaining to their roll in the organization and their career plans.  How does the position fit into the organizational chart, and what are they hoping to accomplish within the department or division.

The majority of companies have multiple interviews.   Each interviewer is uncertain what you have been told by others or what inquires you have made during the process.  You will have to ask many questions over and over.

Numerous managers keep track of what has been discussed in their interview.  Take notes...  Thought inspiring questions leave positive impressions.  Complexity of your questions will be related to the level of interest.  A pro-active exchange of ideas measures your intellectual capacity and can contribute to how the interviewers might view you in the future.

In-depth questioning allows you to formulate a more accurate picture of the culture and management style within the company.  Questions allow you to ascertain if your work patterns, ethics and personal ideology and goals can fit within the company.

A department culture can differ from what many of us see as the corporate culture.  Determining the differences can often times accelerate your success.

Choices are what life is all about...
